socialite Rebecca Squire. She is said to haunt Squire Castle in the
North Chagrin Reservation of the Metroparks.

Garfields Haunt Home in Hiram In the 1850s, James and Lucretia Garfield lived in a home in
Hiram, Ohio, and some say that they still might. The family who owns the
house has about 40 years worth of stories.

Franklin Castle Ghost Don't be surprised if you see someone on the balcony or hear
strange laughter coming from a home on Franklin Boulevard.

Children Haunt Punderson Manor The Punderson Manor has some uninvited guests staying in the
lodge -- children. Guests often complain that they are making too much

Federal Reserve Ghost A female ghost is said to roam the Federal Reserve
Bank on Superior Avenue and East Sixth Street in
downtown Cleveland.

Gore Orphanage Road Ghosts
It is said that on blustery nights or when it rains, the Gore Orphanage
fire returns in time along the road in Lorain County. The crackle of the
flames and the screams of the children can be heard throughout the
woods.

The Lockkeeper's Inn Ghost
On May 24, 1956, seven shots rang out at Lockkeeper's Inn, then called
Sophie's Bar. One shot hit Sophie. A gun was found lying next to her.
Was it suicide? Some people say she was murdered. Her restless spirit
still haunts the tavern.
